Purchases


For Live Personal Readings and Consultations

After purchase, the querent (or client) will schedule with the calendar app or link in the product description. If there are any specifications or request before the live reading the querent should email Chucho immediately following purchase.

Live readings may be recorded by the Client.


The querent may request a refund or to reschedule no less than 3 hours before the scheduled meeting. If the querent does not show up and is over 10 minutes late to the call or meeting it will be deemed a no-show and the purchase is not refundable.


FOR PRERECORDED MEDIA, PRODUCT, AND OTHER MEDIA SERVICES


If directions in description of purchased reading have been followed, and a product is not delivered within 21 days the product is open for a refund, however, if directions for purchased reading have not been followed, and your email was never sent to Chucho, you may send the requirements via email to receive your reading, but sale will not be eligible for refund.
